Remembering our childhood always leaves a smile behind and going through your old albums, CD's or whatever reminder you have. Maybe it's just what you need to remember how happy were you back then and see how far you have come from the silly little teenager to who you are now.

IT DOES GET BETTER

We live in a sad world where everyone who lives has to go one day. It is the inevitable cycle of life, which totally,100% sucks!

Everywhere everyone is dealing with some kind of pain or the other. May it be a bad breakup, divorce of parents, economic crisis, COVID-related distress, death of a family member, or it could be a 100 things.

Everyone is experiencing some kind of sorrow in one form or the other, which to the person experiencing may be the darkest road they have ever seen with only difficulties along the way.

No matter how profound the pain you may be feeling, know that it WILL GET BETTER.

It may take a lot of time, a lot of adjustments, a lot of compromises but NOTHING is permanent in this world so how can your grief be permanent?

God never gives you a burden that you can't handle.

So whatever you are going through right now, don't lose faith in yourself or the people who love you. Your life is a gift, use it wisely.

 

 Watch your favorite movies

It doesn't matter whether you are a Marvel fan or a DC fan, whether you like action or drama. Just sit back on your couch with a bowl of popcorn and enjoy yourself.

Due to the untimely quarantine, we all have been separated from our friends. Thousands of topics, conversations have been left hanging in the air.

We often complain of the fact that teachers don't

let us talk in the hallway or near the water cooler. Now is your chance to make up for all that lost gossip...

Also, it helps take a burden off if you are dealing with something. Just make sure you only tell something like this to a person you trust and can rely on.

It's a million in one experience which I don't think can be compared with any other activity.

FIGURE OUT HOW YOU DEAL WITH PAIN

For some people, the simple fact of talking to someone about your problems makes them feel lighter and takes the load off! 

For others talking to a 3rd party makes things worse.

They actually need complete silence to calm down and if someone interrupts that silence, they may feel irritated may even take their anger out on that person.

For even fewer people, if they have a fight, they get surrounded by all types of negative thoughts. Stuff which can never happen but still we think about it.

Speaking from personal experience, only talking to the person responsible will eliminate the negativity that you are surrounded with. Silence helps too.

Identifying the problem is the first step towards solving it.

I have heard somewhere in the corner of the chocolate heaven that eating desserts made out of chocolate (which is an anti-depressant) or even dairy milk for that matter takes you from a world of pain to a world of happiness.

It should be our aim to help the needy and poor. God has blessed us with everything and our parents provide us with everything we can ever wish for.
But sometimes it's not only human lives that matter, there are other living beings that also inhabit this planet with us. 
We live a comfortable life and sleep on soft beds, go to the best schools in the town, and always sleep with a full stomach. We must always count our blessing and be grateful.
 After we understand how privileged we are then we must make it our duty to help those animals who aren't. Even the smallest donations can bring light into their dark days. The truth is that we are responsible for the poor and miserable conditions that animals are in today. Whether it is a wild animal or a street dog, whether it's poached or locked behind bars. It is upon us as we have taken their homes from them and cut their trees, their homes on which they live in!

Still, if can contribute and support these organizations like friendicoes which help countless stray animals. 
These small acts of kindness are what make us worthy of calling our selves human beings.

As you have played a big part in making them stray.
This is the best way to show your gratefulness to God for giving us everything.
